At Specsavers, as an Optical Assistant, I helped customers choose and fit eyewear, performed initial eye tests, and advised on lenses and care. I scheduled appointments, kept patient records, and handled administrative tasks. I also prepared examination rooms and equipment for the optometrists. This role required attention to detail, good communication skills, and knowledge of optical products.
