Ik kan je helpen op elk vlak van Engels: het leren vanaf de basis, grotere woordenschat, grammatica perfectioneren, sprekenvaardigheid, luistervaardigheid, converseren, essays/brieven/emails/werkstukken etc. helpen opzetten en schrijven en nog meer.

Ik geef al jaren bijles. Eerst deed ik dit op de middelbare school voor medeleerlingen maar ik merkte al snel dat ik ook vrienden en familie kon helpen met verslagen nakijken en voorbereiden op taal toetsen. Ook ben ik recentelijk begonnen met Engelse lessen waarbij je de taal vanaf de basis leert, en er dus geen voorkennis nodig is!

Afgelopen zomer heb ik mijn bachelor behaald aan de universiteit van Utrecht voor de opleiding Engelse Cultuur en Taal, waardoor ik Engels beheers op een hoog niveau. Ik heb in het verleden veel bijles gegeven en leerlingen geholpen met Engelse grammatica maar ook met het voorbereiden op lees-, luister- en schrijvaardigheidtoetsen. Daarnaast heb ik veel Engelse werkrapporten, notulen, werstukken, essays en scripties nagekeken en gecorrigeerd. Ook help ik jongeren en volwassen bij het leren van de Engelse Taal vanaf de basis.

Diploma's die ik heb die goed van pas komen met het geven van Engels lessen zijn: tweetalig onderwijs op vwo niveau, IB (International Baccalaureate), Cambridge FCE, bijlesdiploma en universitaire bachelor Engelse Cultuur en Taal.

Het lesgeven baseer ik vaak op de individuele behoeften van de leerling. Samen kunnen we uitzoeken wat het beste voor de leerling werkt (bijvoorbeeld met beeld of audio hulpmiddelen, flashcards of in een spelvorm). Tijdens mijn lessen vind ik t belangrijk dat de leerling zelf eerst antwoorden en inzichten geeft voordat ik het hen vertel om zo op een meest optimale manier bezig te zijn met de stof.
