About Me

Als leerkracht in Elsene sta ik elke dag voor de klas. Ik ken dus als geen ander de uitdagingen van het onderwijs in Brussel. Daarnaast werkte ik ook in de bibliotheek, waar ik ontdekte hoe krachtig leesplezier kan zijn: kinderen die graag lezen, boeken mogen kiezen die hen interesseren – zij maken echte sprongen in het Nederlands.

Zelf heb ik hetzelfde pad bewandeld. Toen ik naar Brussel verhuisde, begon ik bewust meer Frans te lezen en naar podcasts te luisteren. Zo verbeterde ik mijn taal stap voor stap. Die aanpak deel ik nu met plezier met anderen.

Mijn doel? Kinderen en jongeren sterker maken in het Nederlands én het Frans. Want tweetaligheid is een kracht.
