Ik ben trainer, opleider, spreker, schrijver in verkoopgesprekken en communicatie in 129 verschillende branches. Van zorg tot detailhandel en van huisarts tot stucadoor.

Mijn opdrachtgevers omschrijven mij als vindingrijk, verbinder, regelaar, gestructureerd, geïnteresseerd, aanvoelend en humoristisch.

Als 'Oefenmeester in klantcontact' laat ik deelnemers van de trainingen oefenen in (het aanscherpen van) hun commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Ik ben op mijn best wanneer ik mensen help zich te ontwikkelen.
Bijvoorbeeld in de rol van dagvoorzitter of trainer. Ik zorg ervoor dat de energie er vanaf spat met de nodige dosis humor.

Zo werd ik ingezet door de Kamer van Koophandel. Zij organiseerde netwerkbijeenkomsten, waar ik starters leerde netwerken, zodat zij met contacten en contracten huiswaarts gingen.

Onderwijsinstellingen zetten mij in als docent. Vaak op het gebied van communicatieve vaardigheden.

Veel van mijn huidige werk speelt zich online af vanachter de computer. Ik zoek een aanvulling hierop. Werkzaamheden die fysiek zijn. Niet in het hoofd, maar met beweging. Iets in het directe contact met mensen. Hiervoor sta ik open.

Bildung

Ik heb met succes een bacheloropleiding afgerond en het hbo-diploma heb ik op zak. Daarnaast heb ik circa 10 cursussen en opleidingen gevolgd op het gebied van het ontwikkelen van mensen en pas ik deze kennis twee decennia lang toe. Vrijwel elk jaar ben ik bezig met ontwikkeling van mezelf en volg ik hiervoor een opleiding of cursus.

Erfahrung / Qualifikationen

Ik ben al ruim 20 jaar zelfstandig trainer. De vraag die ik het vaakst krijg, is: ‘Hoe kan ik mijn medewerkers of mezelf meer laten verkopen?’ Ik heb intussen een kleine 20.000 mensen getraind in meer dan 125 branches. Van monteur tot stukadoor, van zorgprofessional tot vastgoedprofessional, en van adviseur tot consultant. Mijn trainingen draaien om verkoopvaardigheden, maar daar komt bijvoorbeeld ook een stuk gedrag, houding en communicatieve vaardigheden bij kijken.

Het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten levert stress en onzekerheid op voor de een en een kick voor de ander. Hoe sta jij tegenover acquireren? En aan welke handvatten heb jij behoefte om nieuwe klanten te werven en bestaande relaties te behouden? Ga er maar aan staan: je vak als professional uitvoeren en nog klanten binnenhalen ook!

Het is de kunst om de potentiële klant bij de hand te nemen. Je achterhaalt de wensen en je helpt hem of haar een aankoopbeslissing te nemen. Daarom noem ik verkopen steevast: een ander helpen met kopen.

Maar één ding is nóg belangrijker dan ‘jagen’ op nieuwe klanten, en dat is zorgen dat de bestaande klanten niet via de achterdeur weglopen. Maar dat ze terugkomen en bovendien rondbazuinen hoe fijn het bij jou is, daar in dat bedrijf.
