I remember how challenging it was when I first learned to break forces into components for Newton's Second Law or tackle finding the maxima and minima of complex functions. It wasn’t easy, and I struggled just like many of you. But with great teachers and persistence, I eventually mastered those tricky concepts. Those experiences taught me how to guide others effectively in physics and math.
Teaching has been my passion since high school when I started tutoring classmates after school. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing that moment of realization—the “ahh, I get it now” expression on a student’s face. What started as a hobby has now grown into a decade-long journey, turning my passion for teaching into a fulfilling career.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Physics with a strong academic background, holding both MS and BS degrees in the field. Over the years, I've gained a deep understanding of physics and plenty of experience teaching it. What sets me apart is my passion for teaching physics and math. I strive to make my lessons engaging, which helps students feel more excited and confident about learning—even with challenging topics. My name is Ali and I am a private tutor with + 5 years of experience tutoring High school college and university-aged students. I started teaching when I was an undergraduate Physics student. I worked as a teaching assistant in Physics labs and various courses like Calculus, Discrete & Applied Maths, Mechanics, Waves, etc, for several semesters.
During my Bachelor's and Master's studies, I gave tuition to High School, O & A level students in Physics and Maths Cambridge courses. I have experience of teaching OMPT maths, IGCSE higher and further Math modules. I am now wrapping up a Ph.D. degree in Physics particularly (Nanoscience and Nanotechnology) at the Technische Universität Wien and the University of Valencia Spain.
