Artistic experimentation is an integral part of exploring oneself and the surrounding environment.
This programme has been carefully curated alongside young artists over the course of six years and integrates different forms of visual expression such as : sculpture, installation, performance, drawing, painting and many more.
We explore unexpected parallels in art history and visual techniques, building up a wide range of artistic references and technical knowledge in a playful environment in order to explore the sensitivity of our own bodies, thoughts and the world around us.
Although the programme is compiled both with genre, technique and art history in mind, there is always space for adaptation according to the preferences and visual tastes of the student.

Hello!
My name is Katya and I am a working artist based in Utrecht.
Currently studying Expanded Scenography at HKU and working in Amsterdam as an art teacher.
Besides my art historical background I also come from the fields of theatre and moving image, working freelance as a set and costume designer.
I have been working with children for six years. Making art together, sharing visual knowledge and experience is one of my greatest passions. I adapt all my courses to the students and their interests in order to create a safe and free platform for playful experimentation with the visual world!

Ben jij op zoek naar een Spaanse docent met een authentieke passie voor kunst, cultuur én onderwijs? Dan ben je bij mij aan het goede adres. Mijn naam is Yanetsis, een docent Spaans met een gedegen achtergrond in kunstgeschiedenis en ruime ervaring in educatie binnen museale contexten. Daarnaast heb ik specifiek internationaal cursussen en masterclass gevolgd in ELE Internacional en de Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes.

Wat maakt mijn lessen uniek?

*Cultuur én taal in één: Iedere les staat stevig in de culturele context: je leert grammatica en woordenschat in realistische, artistieke scenario's – zoals museumbezoek, kunstpraktijken, of culturele evenementen.

*Interactieve methode: Ik werk met rollenspellen, beelden, authentieke teksten en creatieve opdrachten om je communicatievaardigheid te versterken.

Ik ben Lutfiye en ik ben eigenaar van een kinderatelier “Creafan” en tevens ook ex-fashion designer. Ik geef creatieve workshops aan kinderen van 4 tot en met 16 jaar oud op doordeweekse dagen van di- vrijdag . Interesse in een workshop of een uniek leuk verjaardagsfeestje? Meld je dan snel aan! Want vol = vol!
Een groep bestaat uit max 10 kids.

Tijdens de workshops gaan de kinderen lekker creatief aan de slag en maken ze kennis met materiaal en leren ze nieuwe technieken en knutselactiviteiten. De kinderen leren o.a. hun motoriek te verbeteren, kleuren te herkennen en te experimenteren met materialen. Elke les is weer een ander activiteit. Zo kunnen de Kids iets nieuwes leren elke keer dat ze een workshop bij Creafan hebben.

Hi! I'm Julia, a Fine Art student at HKU, and I love helping kids explore their creativity through art. I offer fun, personalised art classes for children aged 4-13, where they can experiment, express themselves, and develop their artistic skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.

I grew up in Asia and the UK, so I'm fluent in both Dutch and English-meaning I can also mix in some language tutoring if that's something you'd like!
I've worked with kids for years including two years as an art teacher at Hampstead School of Art in London and as a painting instructor at Timberlake Summer Camp in the US.
I truly believe that creativity is one of the most valuable things to nurture from a young age. My own love for art started in childhood art classes, and I’d to love to help spark that same excitement!
