I offer personalized online Pilates and stretching classes adapted to each student’s body, goals and experience level.

I am a certified Pilates instructor with over 12 years of experience teaching private and group classes both in studios and online.

My teaching style is attentive, personalized and supportive. I believe every body is different, so I adapt each session to the student’s needs, goals and physical condition. My focus is on building strength, improving mobility, posture and body awareness, while also supporting pain relief and injury prevention.

I have worked with a wide variety of students, including beginners, advanced practitioners, elderly clients, pregnant women, people with chronic pain, post-surgery recovery and individuals looking to reduce stress and reconnect with their bodies.

My classes are structured yet flexible, combining classical Pilates principles with somatic education to create a safe, effective and mindful practice. I aim to create a calm and motivating environment where students feel confident and supported.
