Human nutrition is important for health and disease. Nutrition has several affects on our body.
The class will include several aspects from principles of nutrition (carbohydrates, fats, protein) but also metabolism. Furthermore, nutrition will be discussed in health and disease and how we can use it the best for ourselves in staying healthy.

It is important to communicate with students. Students should feel that their teacher or tutor takes care of their time and dignity. Sometimes it is useful to have some fun in the class. In such an atmosphere the students are more motivated and therefore have their best performance.
