I’m an Italian educator with a degree in Educational Science, and my mission has always been to make learning enjoyable and meaningful. I love finding creative, playful ways to teach—because learning should never be boring!

I’m currently preparing to move to England with my family, excited to bring my passion and experience to a new community.

Outside the classroom, I’m also a dedicated Bharatanatyam dancer—a classical Indian art form I’ve been in love with since I was 14. This deep connection to culture, movement, and expression often inspires the way I teach and connect with others

My educational path began with a diploma in Economics and Marketing, which gave me a solid foundation in communication and organizational skills. I later followed my true passion by earning a degree in Educational Science, where I deepened my understanding of learning processes and human development. I'm currently expanding my skills through a course focused on how to approach and support people who are seeking help, with an emphasis on empathy, active listening, and effective communication.

Leservaring

I have experience providing private tuition here in Italy, both for children and adults. I’ve taught Italian to adult learners, tailoring lessons to their goals and daily needs, and I’ve also worked with younger students through one-on-one support.

Additionally, I taught English at a Sunday Sinhalese school, working with children and teenagers aged 6 to 15/16. This experience helped me adapt my teaching to different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and learning styles.

Je viens d’une petite ville de Ligurie, dans le nord de l’Italie, et je suis actuellement en train de terminer un doctorat en philosophie. As an Italian Opera singer, I help since many years singers with the right pronunciation of the repertoire they sing, helping them in shaping the language in a clear way, which also helps the singing.

Our lesson will involve speaking, pronunciation exercises and singing.
We will start the lesson by reading the text and finding the right direction and emphasis.
We will focus on the sounds and how to produce them.
In the second part of the lesson, we will apply all of the above to the singing!

I was born in Italy, but for the last two years of my life I have traveled the world, mainly in Central and South America and the Middle East, traveling and working remotely.
I am a professional teacher with 6 years of experience. I worked on the translation of medical and legal articles, panels in the glass museum in Venice and worked as an interpreter at the court of Venice.
I have a degree in languages, I am certified in international law and I am a language coach. Language coach means that I not only teach you a language, but also how to learn new languages!

If you wish to brush up your Italian, resume a past series of lessons, or simply start from scratch learning Italian, this is the right lesson for you! I like to personalize each class/course according to the needs and goals of my students. My classes are focused on improving the student's communication skills. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts. If the students do not feel comfortable using Italian from scratch, I can switch to English, German, or Dutch. The course fee includes the correction of home assignments.
