I am a native English speaker, born in New York City, based in Madrid. educator, artist, and poet. Born in New York City.

I remember first making art at five years old and probably even before then.
My work deals with themes of resilience, strife, peace, beauty, and chaos, taking heavy inspiration from German expressionists and French impressionists.

My philosophy of art and education is similar.
In both practices one should strive to engage through curiosity, mutual respect, and building relationships

I am a university graduate in Art History and I teach art history classes online or at home, at the student's preference, in Madrid. My classes are aimed at anyone who wishes to reinforce, review, organize or expand their knowledge of art history, particularly those students who are resisting the subject in high school. The contents that I will teach are organized chronologically and I will base myself, in addition to my own knowledge acquired in my degree and master's degree, on a bibliography that is as complete and updated as possible. The classes will be structured in three parts: the first, theoretical, where I will explain the matter to be treated in said class; the second, more practical, where I will carry out a series of practical exercises with the student; and the third, questions and comments. All this following a light and pleasant dynamic, being flexible, always attending and adapting to the specific needs and requests of the student. One of my passions is to teach others to look, as they have taught me, so I enjoy sharing my knowledge with the students in whom I hope to inspire a desire to know.

I have knowledge in painting, drawing, and sketching techniques and also the history of art.

I have started this watercolor class to show how beautiful this medium can be and how you can explore it in your own way. Watercolour is considered a different technique that many artists don't want to touch sometimes.
With my class, you will see how fun it can be to paint with watercolor.

Feel free to inquire about any other Art related topics, I will be there to help.
If you want to learn a specific technique or medium, or recreation of the artwork we can work on it also.
