I have been seriously training (gym/yoga/outdoors) for 5 years and throughout it has become a passion of mine, so i learnt the science behind it and how to optimize my training for my needs and hit skills i want in my life. I want to share that knowledge with anyone who’s interested in taking his fitness and his general wellbeing to the next level and most importantly to fortunately have movement as a long lasting thing in your life.
