With training in music therapy and years of experience facilitating singing workshops, I offer a supportive environment where participants can connect with their creative selves. My teaching focuses on personal growth and confidence, encouraging students to move beyond perfectionism. I approach creative coaching as an embodied, holistic practice, considering the whole person and their emotional well-being, while helping students develop their craft and address any mental barriers to creativity.

Each class is customised to fit your interests and goals. We can work on vocal accompaniment, learning new songs, creative songwriting, exploring how your voice works, or even incorporating other creative activities such as art, movement, writing, or craft. Lessons, which last between 30 and 60 minutes, are available for both kids and adults and are designed to adapt to individual needs and levels.

As a community musician and creative facilitator with training in social sciences, music therapy, and community music, I lead creative workshops and lessons for both kids and adults. I have experience facilitating diverse music workshops, including sessions with children with disabilities, community music workshops with women and non-binary people, improvisational singing circles, early-learning music groups, and traditional singing workshops. My focus is on creating supportive spaces where individuals can reconnect with their creative selves and move beyond perfectionism. I am Garda-vetted and hold Tusla child safeguarding training, ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
