I’m an Amsterdam-based singer with extensive experience in choral, classical, and early music singing. I’m offering lessons for students of all ages and abilities who are eager to explore and develop their vocal skills. Whether you're just starting out or already have some experience, I'm here to help you on your singing journey.

I teach from my home in Amsterdam. While my background is rooted in classical music, I can also help you discover and refine your voice in pop, contemporary, and other genres. My lessons are tailored to your individual needs and goals, with exercises designed to find what works best for your voice.

We’ll start each lesson with breathing exercises and vocal warm-ups, then move on to working on a song. Together, we can focus on stage presence, diction, musical interpretation, and more, helping you build confidence and technique in a way that resonates with your personal musical style.

I graduated from the Maastricht concservatory and have been teaching singing lessons to adults for years. I give classical singing lessons, so Bach, Schumann, Schubert to Gerswin. No pop music.
I teach beginners and advanced singers.

Drs Irene – Bellucci BBA BMA has more than 20 years of experience as a singing teacher in more than 12 countries and is now a household name among famous singers and actors all over the world – from the Netherlands to the United States. Her enormous knowledge of the voice and performing as a musician and her great didactic skills are some of her characteristic features.

Irene studied classical and modern singing at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, Haarlem and in the United States with Joan Lader (Broadway musical) and in Italy at the Accademia di Belcanto with Astrea Amaduzzi. Irene's knowledge covers all singing techniques, such as belcanto, verismo, belting, pop-curbing, and is based on scientific research that ranges from classical pedagogues to the most contemporary insights into voice use.

Breath support and sound formation are the indispensable basis for a good, powerful and healthy use of the voice, but many other aspects are important. Hundreds of videos, interviews with voice specialists, quizzes, challenges and workbooks form a complete singing education for all types of singing.

In addition to my Bachelor and Master degrees in Jazz/Pop Voice Performance and Vocal Education (cities of study: Berlin, Mainz, Stuttgart, Lisbon) I regularly attend courses of the newest programs and voice research to constantly enrich your lesson with findings from modern vocal pedagogy.

Over the last 11 years my numerous students taught me that there is no universal recipe for vocal improvement, but there are indeed a lot of methods that can get you where you want. When planning your lesson I always take into account your personal strengths to help you find the best way to healthy, effortlessly and joyful singing.

My life is percussion: I play it, I teach it, I design percussion and I develop techniques for it. Instruments: Cajon with hands or brushes, conga, Pandeiro, tamborim, agogo, chekere, udu, pop percussion and way more. I am looking forward to meet you.
