Soy una arpista profesional catalana que actualmente está trabajando en Alemania. Doy clases a gente de todas las edades y todos los niveles: iniciación, elemental, profesional... Mi especialidad es arpa y doy clases online.

Are you a beginner?? No worries: no experience is required! 😁
I can teach you the basics to produce sounds with your saxophone: position of the embouchure (teeth, tongue, lips and vocal cords' position, an element often forgotten), fingerings, use of diafragma,...
After the first two lessons spent on the mouthpiece and neck for the sound production, we will immediately start to play some super easy duos together to practice your capacity of listening, pay attention to the other, ear training as well. I normally use the book of Peter Wastall (titled Learn as you play) as support, but it is not mandatory. There are plenty of good books btw!

Are you an intermediate / advanced student?? I am sure you can still improve in all the basics, but on a different level. I'll teach you the importance of the "voicing" (technique named by the american saxophonist and pedagogue Donald Sinta) to improve your sound production and projection as well as the capacity of correcting and improving the intonation. You can learn all about phrasing and music interpretation, from tonal music until contemporary atonal compositions. And still, you can improve your playing together, practicing in duo on different aspects like tuning, balance, interpretation, performance etc.

Construiremos una secuencia lógica de estudios que ayudarán a desarrollar los aspectos técnicos. Y abordaremos repertorios acordes a la edad y gusto del estudiante. nos trazaremos un camino con metas a corto, mediano y largo plazo. construiremos una rutina técnica y unos hábitos saludables para progresar correctamente. Además, seleccionaremos de común acuerdo piezas musicales para ir madurando el desarrollo técnico de la mano del crecimiento musical.

Soy trompetista profesional, he participado en Orquestas sinfónicas, bandas de vientos, big band, y pequeños ensambles de cámara y jazz. Tengo amplia experiencia enseñando a niños, jóvenes y adultos.

Para mi es muy importante hacer música desde la primera lección, pues debe haber equilibrio entre la práctica técnica y su aplicación en pequeñas melodías o piezas musicales. No importa el género musical siempre encontraremos repertorio acorde al nivel y el interés de cada estudiante.

Si ya sabes tocar y necesitas perfeccionar alguna pieza o preparar un recital o audición, puedes contar con mi experiencia y acompañamiento también.

Qu'est-ce que la méthode Suzuki ?

Il y a plus de 40 ans, Suzuki a réalisé les implications du fait que les enfants du monde entier apprennent facilement à parler leur langue maternelle. Il a commencé à appliquer les principes de l'acquisition du langage à l'apprentissage de la musique, appelant sa méthode l'approche de la langue maternelle. Idées de responsabilité parentale, encouragement affectueux, répétition constante, etc. sont quelques particularités de la méthode Suzuki.

Participation parentale:

Comme lorsque les enfants apprennent à parler, les parents participent à l'apprentissage musical de leur enfant. Ils assistent aux cours avec l'enfant et servent de « professeurs à domicile » pendant la semaine. Un parent apprend généralement à jouer avant l'enfant, afin qu'il puisse comprendre ce que son enfant doit faire. Les parents travaillent avec l'enseignant pour créer un environnement d'étude agréable.

J'enseigne les cours de la Méthode Suzuki aux enfants jusqu'à 99 ans. Cette méthode d'enseignement s'adapte parfaitement à tout besoin. Je complète mon cursus par ma formation académique, offrant ainsi une vision plus large de tout ce que l'instrument peut couvrir.
