This class is for anyone interested in yoga, embodiment, meditation or breath work. Learn Yoga with personal alignment at your own pace, and get guidance infused with warmth, joy, and compassion. I specialize in the embodied practices of Yin Yoga, Hatha, and Vinyasa, as well as meditation and breath work.The healing and therapeutic effects of yoga changed my life completely, and I want to inspire you to find out what it can bring to yours.
Some of the things we can work on together:
* Learn the basics of yoga and asanas (positions).
* Need a personalized routine or ritual to follow? We can create one together.
* Explore embodiment and how to deepen your practice with embodied movement.
* Learn about alignment and how to find what supports you in your practice.
* Want a very active practice? Try a personalized combination of HIIT and yoga that makes you sweat!
* Explore how to combine movement and meditation in yin practices.
* Interested in chakras? Learn about chakras and how to work on them.
* Learn about breath and different pranayama techniques.
* Feel amazing every day with the master sequence of pranayama.
* Learn different meditation techniques and find what works best for you.
If you want to have classes IRL or via a web camera, alone or in a small group of friends, just let me know!

You'll need a yoga mat or towel for a video class. If we meet up I can bring an extra mat if you don't have one.
