I come from Estonia and am currently living in Paris. I have a long history of being involved in sports- 10 years of track and field, gym and a passion for running. I have now started my career as a personal trainer (certified) and train clients for weight loss, body recomposition and i can help you also with post pregnancy trainings. I mostly have worked with beginners and intermediate women, but also men are welcomed! I have also trained children (10-16) for 2 years.
I offer also online consultation and training plans!
I am very passionate about helping people reach their goals and want to support them on their journeys.

I offer "getting in the saddle" lessons for adults, children and teenagers who want to learn how to ride a bike in an urban environment, with complete autonomy, safety... and freedom! 😊
Supervised by a qualified and experienced instructor-educator, these sessions are progressive and adapted to your pace, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to gain confidence in your daily travels.
A three-phase learning process:
🚲 Phase 1 – Beginner
We cover the fundamentals of bicycle mobility: propulsion, balance, trajectory management... Everything you need to feel comfortable on a bike, in complete safety.
🚲 Phase 2 – Intermediate
Practical exercises in safe spaces (slaloms, turns, braking, etc.) to develop your maneuverability and confidence.
🚲 Phase 3 – Circulation in real conditions
Once the basics have been learned, we set off together on the road, in a "bike school" format: the instructor accompanies you on the street, by your side, to guide you and advise you in real-life situations.
⚠️ Good to know
Many people want to start right in front of their homes (sidewalks, courtyards), but these places are unsuitable for learning: they are passageways that do not guarantee safety or optimal conditions for progressing quickly and calmly. If you know a place with dimensions equivalent to 2 tennis courts without pedestrian or car traffic, then yes, I will be there with you! Learn to ride a bike in the city safely, my priority for you! 😊
