You will be able to specify the class depending on your individual needs and preferences.

Examples of what you can specify:
- Focusing on a specific skill you want to learn - eg. Front splits/ Middle splits / Back bends
- Focusing on improving your performance in a different sport based on your needs and preference - eg. stretching to improve your jumps in basketball/ kicks in martial arts/sprints in running/ extensions in ballet

What I offer:
- Individualised approach - you can make adjustments to your training plan whenever you want to - eg. changing the focus of a class, adding a skill
- Providing individual feedback during the class and tips for improvement in between classes
