As I am a native Romanian speaker, having achieved 10/10 in all my Romanian high-school examinations, I can provide Romanian language lessons and also unauthorised Romanian-English or English-Romanian translations. I am willing to adapt my teaching style and approach to the different needs of the students.

I am a very energetic, friendly, outspoken person, who enjoys being in the company of people and likes sharing ideas, mindsets, facts, teaching other and being taught by others. I am now starting second year of medical school in Belfast, and I am passionate about everything that is medically or patient-related, enthusiastically learning new things. Given that I am just starting 2nd year, I can say I have fairly recently gone through the whole application process, therefore I believe my experience can be really helpful for my fellows. Moreover, I am an EU student, originally from Romania, so feel free to contact me if you are experiencing the same application process. During high-school, I was a Save the Children volunteer, having the chance to teach children in primary and secondary schools about Human Rights, Healthy Eating and Health Behaviours. Moreover, I was an active member of the European Youth Parliament, where I worked with teenagers from across Europe in order to develop ideas and raise awareness about different topics. There I developed my team-work and leadership skills, together with my public speaking qualities.

The class can be taught in Romanian, English or Spanish and can be personally designed for a more relaxed or advanced approach to each language to improve speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
Depending on the level and intended purpose for choosing this class, we’ll take a look at the Big 2 (Grammar in Vocabulary) and, if time allows it, Phonetics, Morphology and Syntax.
Different cultural references will be presented and discussed for each cultural and linguistic space. We’ll be using literary and audio materials as time progresses.
All will mostly be taught as Second Languages for foreigners and since they are also second to me, we will understand and fight the struggle together.
