Nothing can boost your grade quite like a well-written essay. It's a brilliant exercise in critical thought, analysis, and comprehension that can help you interpret the world and its media long after graduation. In my classes, I focus on how to most efficiently express yourself, using the following technique:

- Spending the majority of the process on the OUTLINE - knowing what you're going to say is the hard part, so let's knock that out first, the rest is easy!
- Use of vocabulary - advance your speech in order to convey exactly what you want to say.
- How to think critically - I will review with you what you should be looking for when you read, for maximum enjoyment as well as analysis.

I'm a recent graduate living in England with loads of experience in tutoring, happy to help you communicate your ideas clearly. My favourite part of school was essay-writing, and I'd be thrilled to share my knowledge and passion for it with you!

A class with me works a little like this:
- An introduction to you - what's your name, your favourite class, and your favourite book? This helps me gauge what your style may be as a writer and learner, plus helps put you at ease.
- An introduction to essays - what's your experience with them? How do you currently write?
- An introduction to my technique - Exercises designed to help you practice good, efficient writing techniques.

I'll be happy to read over your material and give positive, constructive feedback. If we have a little time, I'll even gossip about books to you!

I am a Teaching Associate and Writing Tutor at a London University. I have been teaching History and Essay Writing to undergraduate students for the past three years. I also have experience tutoring children and teenagers to help them prepare for their exams (GCSE, A-Level, Brevet, Baccalauréat).

I strongly believe the student should be at the centre of the tutor’s attention and planning every step of the way. Every tutee is different, and I will always spend the first hour discussing what their expectations are, what has worked best for them until then, and what they are struggling with. I hold a BA degree in Literature from Sarah Lawrence College in New York. I also hold two MA Degrees in Art Business from the Sotheby's Institute of Art in London as well as an MA Degree In Fashion Media Practice (Fashion Journalism) from the Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design in London.

My course is offered to a range of students [different ages] who have a desire to learn how to write and/or enjoy writing. On an additional note, my business writing experience extends to writing case studies and basic report writing [based on my Sotheby's experience]. I can offer Creative Writing and Essay Writing Experience to students and/or young professionals [who have a desire to learn/practice their craft].

I have 15 years of experience in high-quality private tuition, and I am also a Lecturer in EU Politics at one of the world’s leading universities (University College London).

My main areas of specialization are European Union politics and political economy, but I also regularly teach all other areas of Political Science, including Public Policy, Comparative Politics, Introduction to Politics, Populism, Democratisation, and many more. In addition, I teach Economics at a beginner/intermediate level.

I can also help with dissertations and essays, at the undergraduate, Master or Ph.D. level. As I supervise and mark UCL students ' dissertations throughout the year, I am able to give you the marker's perspective and help you ensure that you obtain a top mark.
