I offer 90- minute and 60-minute individual Yoga classes, with movement, proper breathing and relaxation. The class will be tailored to your body, your personal needs and level. I will happily adapt to your busy schedule and meet you in the comfort of your own home.

As a teacher I want to stay away from rigid cues and avoid overstimulation with music, scents, and lights.
I am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher at the Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam to become a Yoga Therapist.
