There is always an “extra bit” of engagement in teaching from me that won the hearts of students.
I believe in forging strong relationships between the student and the teacher with both academic and non-academic activities. I take interest in discussions of varied nature and am a willing participant in cultural and festival occasions.
I feel that learning happens throughout our life. It is a constant process through which we become better human beings. As such, teaching as a process also involves constant learning, in the sense not only learning to teach but also rediscovering what we teach so that the students can discover it for themselves.
I believe that learning involves a demonstration of the subject to the students which engages them on a personal level so that they can relate to it. I am a very approachable person and students can come to me at any time.
