With a background in both university teaching and yoga instruction, I am passionate about sharing knowledge and guiding others on their journeys. Teaching brings me immense joy, and I approach each session with warmth and kindness. I live in Den Haag and am happy to come to your home for lessons, but you're also welcome to visit mine. I have an extra yoga mat available if needed! I hope you’ll join my classes so I can introduce you to the wonderful world of yoga. It’s an incredible practice, especially for those who can’t go to the gym or prefer a different way to nurture their bodies.

I have been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years and have specialized in yin, yin & yang, and hatha yoga. My focus is on the spine, hips, and rotations, but we can tailor our practice to meet your needs or simply explore inner peace and relaxation. Yoga’s beauty lies in its versatility—it can bring warmth or coolness, energy or tranquility, depending on what you need that day. As someone who has experienced back issues, I have a deep understanding of spine-related challenges, how pain manifests in the body, and how best to address it. I’m dedicated to helping you feel better both physically and mentally.
