I'm a speech and language pathologist (Audiologopæd, in danish) with a masters degree i audiologopedics. Through my education I've learned a lot about stutter, laryngeal cancer, speech difficulty, bilingualism etc. Furthermore I have knowledge of where in the mouth the sounds need to be produced in order to achieve a correct danish accent. I have a lot of knowledge about mental health, stress and axciety and how it effect our quality of life. The voice and our breathing has a lot to do with how our mental health is and with help from our breathing system we can learn how to help ourselves in hard situations. The breathing pattern has got a lot of influence on our nervoussystem and mental health. In my classes you'll learn different tools to use in your everyday life such as breathtecniques, how to recreate a strong mindset, how to reconnect with your body ect.
