In this class, we'll start with a slow, intentional warm up through the body, properly preparing the joints & muscles for more active asanas (postures/poses). Syncing our movements with our breath, we not only tap into the body, but reap the mental and internal benefits of yoga as well. Closing with a 10-15 minute meditation, you'll walk away feeling refreshed and much more comfortable in body & mind:)
In this 20 minute offering, we begin with 10 minutes of light movement to deepen the breath, expanding the body and release tension, before going into a 10 minute meditation. A perfect way to start/end your day, or decompress on your break!
***PLEASE NOTE: Although I do offer 60 minute classes, please do not select the 60 min option for this offering. This offering is a quick 20 minute refresher; see other classes for 60 minute options:)
