Whether you're a beginner, an advanced player, or just playing for fun, I structure lessons around the students' own abilities and what they want to achieve. I encourage learning to play in various genres, improvisation, and working with theory too should the student wish to. Music is such a creative and therapeutic skill to have; I believe it is a shared learning experience that everyone should have the chance to develop, in a fun and supportive environment, where the student has just as much say as the tutor.
