Philosophy has the magnificent ability of exposing us to a broad field of ideas (like the one formulated by Kant) ranging between Metaphysics, Ethics, Ontology, Epistemology, Aesthetics, etc. and permitting them to enter our minds as they challenge our current worldviews. In addition, philosophy grants us a view of the tumultuous development and change of thought throughout different historical epochs. About this course: I know that Philosophy is not an easy subject, especially in the initial courses where professors commonly point at a random chair and try to make profound points about Platonic thought.
