This training allows you to learn about the concepts of emotional intelligence & empathy with the aim of better recognizing and understanding your own emotions and those of others. Being aware of emotions allows better management of behavior in human relationships, both in the professional, private, entrepreneurial framework (...). For example, as a key to management, it makes it possible to:

• Measure the impact of emotions in team management.
• Analyze your own mode of operation to get the most out of it.
