My classroom management techniques are as follows:
-Allow students to actively participate in the learning process with class discussions and exercises that support the initiative
-Put students at the center of the classroom with active learning strategies
-No two students are exactly alike. That’s why personalized learning builds a learning experience that addresses the unique abilities of each student
-Know the strengths and weaknesses of my students
-Provide flexible classrooms
-Adapt information for multilingual students
-Formative assessment providing ongoing feedback to inform instructional decisions and support student growth
-Adjust and develop my teaching tactics to meet the changing requirements of my students by reflecting on instructional practices and measuring their success
