Do you love dance and want to improve your technical and artistic skills? I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile.

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO.
Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment).

My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris.

I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings.

La formation d'architecte dispensée dans les écoles supérieures d'architecture est multi disciplinaire et transversale. L'architecte sera (devrait être) capable de faire une synthèse entre la réalité de la construction (comprendre la structure des bâtiments, connaitre les différentes technologies actuelles (maçonnerie pleine, préfabriquée, métallique, voire de tendance écologique (toile tendue, terre, bois, bambous, etc.), savoir s'inspirer de l'histoire de l'architecture et des différents styles passés, proches ou présent, et avoir conscience de la symbolique qui guide la conception du bâti depuis l'antiquité jusqu'à maintenant.
Cette synthèse nécessite évidemment d'être initié dans ces différents domaines cités pour prétendre à (un jour !) en maitriser les codes et les interactions. Le réel du monde du travail actuel est également pris en compte.
Vous serez guidés dans ces thèmes, avec des exercices à faire de façon autonome (chez vous), avec des corrections personnalisées, et des lectures proposées . La création d'un dossier de travaux personnels de travaux sera finalisé pour vous permettre d'aborder les épreuves et entretiens de sélection des écoles françaises.
Le cours par WEBcam est possible pour toute la France (et au-delà mais le fuseau horaire est PARIS).

A nine-hour online workshop to explore your creativity and experiment with artistic techniques

This workshop, suitable for all audiences, is designed to experiment with and explore artistic techniques. The results will surprise you.

Any technique is an excuse to play, to break the rules, and to experiment. We should feel free to try without worrying about the final outcome. As an advocate of the creative process, I believe that the goal is not the result itself but rather an element we sometimes discover midway.
