I am a primary school teacher with 8 years of experience in Greece's private and public schools. I am also a qualified special education teacher, having worked with several children over all these years. Being passionate about my work, I immerse myself in children's personalities, understanding their needs and interests, and finally help them realize their full potential. Είμαι δασκάλα γενικής και ειδικής αγωγής εδώ και 8 χρόνια. Έχω δουλέψει σε δημόσια και ιδιωτικά σχολεία στην Αθήνα, Θεσσαλονίκη, Σέρρες και στην Καλαμάτα. Κάνω ιδιαίτερα μαθήματα σε παιδιά δημοτικού ήδη 10 χρόνια. Αγαπάω πολύ την δουλειά μου, γιατί μαθαίνω κι εγώ πολλά από τα παιδιά!

This is the method I use to prepare high stakes performances, and uses a combination of mental and physical exercises to set an objective and realize it on stage. My dual career and training as a musician and conference interpreter have allowed to gather and refine these tools to know share with you. The course is open to professionals of any field looking to improve their performance in high stakes situations such as presentations, interviews, lectures etc.

This program is geared around a particular student project and lasts six weeks, providing the student with a range of skills and methods to overcome stage fright and thrive on stage. It's my preferred method of preparing for a performance, using a mix of mental and physical exercises to achieve its purpose on stage.
