I am a Italian-speaking lawyer with high academic training and legal experience.
I propose lessons and repetitions to both children/youths and adults, for all levels, beginner and advanced.
During my career as a lawyer, university professor and court clerk, I have acquired extensive experience in the Italian language, both spoken and written. Whether exam preparation, translation, conversation or a simple approach to the language, my lessons are designed around the needs of the student and oriented towards the development of different language skills. Therefore, I take care to understand the student's expectations, with the aim of preparing a study plan adapted to their needs.
In order to develop the four language skills, I use books and multimedia supports, with the aim of working on grammar, listening, reading and writing aspects. In this direction, I work together with the students to enhance and perfect their language skills.
Lessons can be conducted in person and/or via platforms (Zoom, Meet, Skype, etc.), agreeing the timetable with the student.

Hello everyone,

after successfully obtaining my French Baccalauréat and a Bachelor's Degree in Cinema (Licence) with High Honors, I am currently working at the Institut Français in Duesseldorf, where I did a seminar to become examiner for the French DELF tests. I also work with schools and promote this language to a young public, and therefore developed a high pedagogical quality during this last year.

I am therefore ready to help you in all your needs with this language, which can be quite tough sometimes (think about pronounciation and exceptions to the rules), and which I struggled myself to learn before obtaining a high professional level.

I can prepare you with strategies to understand the structure of the national test and help you successfully pass it, but I can also encourage you to "unblock" your language skills with chill conversation sessions, or more rigorous grammar explanation, while sharing with my suggestions to embrace this enriching culture (be it with films, books, music or art).

If you wish to brush up your Italian, resume a past series of lessons, or simply start from scratch learning Italian, this is the right lesson for you! I like to personalize each class/course according to the needs and goals of my students. My classes are focused on improving the student's communication skills. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts. If the students do not feel comfortable using Italian from scratch, I can switch to English, German, or Dutch. The course fee includes the correction of home assignments.
