I have experience in teaching French, Croatian and English to students of all age groups and language levels, both in groups and individually, live and online. I also held numerous workshops in teaching Croatian and French to beginners.
My lessons are mostly based on communication and are always enriched with additional learning materials so that you can better master the language.

Formación

After completing my studies, I got a job as a French and Croatian language teacher at the Smart Foreign Language School in Zagreb. My tasks are planning and preparation of lesson plans, evaluation of participants, participation in numerous educations and textbooks. I also worked at the French International School in Zagreb as an animator, where I held numerous workshops, wrote assignments with students, learned Croatian, etc. In the meantime, I passed the Cambridge FCE B2 exam in English and the TEFL certificate, so now I teach English, French and Croatian.

My teaching methods are approachable and motivating with very clearly defined goals and outcomes. In order to make classes as interesting as possible, and language acquisition for students more effective and easier, I use additional audiovisual and authentic content, didactic games, presentations etc. I have experience in evaluating student success, assignments and class work. I use a range of traditional and progressive methodologies, incorporating experiential learning opportunities whenever possible. In my "virtual classroom" I always try to establish a positive and encouraging atmosphere where every student feels welcome. I try to explain language structures as well as possible and I don't give up until they are clear. I try to connect the teaching lesson with everyday life by learning about the culture, tradition and history of that country.

My name is Fawzi, and I am a French language teacher. Since 2012, I have been giving private lessons online.
