Improve your English skills with a friendly, highly experienced American teacher. For 16 years I have worked with students of all skill levels and all ages. I try to tailor my class materials to your interests and learning style. We can work on accent, listening comprehension, test preparation including interviews and essay writing, editing your CV, business English, or Tiktok slang.

I speak B1 level Spanish and C1 level French. I am familiar with Pu tong hua.

I can speak French and Spanish, and I know a little bit of Mandarin Chinese. I love to read, sing, and learn about all kinds of things from YouTube and Tiktok. Linguistics, sociology, politics, anything science related are some of my information interests.
I would say I'm pretty relaxed, but I can be serious, too. I try to always be encouraging. I will point out what you do well. I let my students decide how much correction they would like and what they would like to focus on. I love to hear stories and details about your life and culture.
With kids, I love to draw, play games, and read books on video (i.e Vooks on mute) together. I have some really cute toys and puppets that break the ice if they are shy.
