I am a very down-to-earth teacher as I take a genuine interest in the success of my students. I am very sensitive, patient, and willing to work with my student until they understand what it is I am trying to teach them.

I like it when students show a strong desire to learn as this is half the battle when tutoring students of all ages. If the desire is not there, then it becomes challenging, but I still do not give up as I have faith in everyone. I will find a way that makes learning fun and not a task.

To the parents: My goal is to teach your child writing the correct way as I feel proper writing has no place for slang in it. When I show your child how to write, it will be with examples that I will make sure they understand. I am here to tutor your child at their level, so as not to give them anything past their level of knowledge.

My students will learn how to write the proper way.

I teach English writing the way the student can understand it. I give written examples, and show the student how I put together a sentence, and see if they understand it. I can also breakdown the many components of writing and show it in different steps to make it clear to them.

For students needing help with essay or creative types of writing within their school classes, I usually have them show me what needs to be done, and move forward from there. It is easy to show the student something when it is related to their class assignments as this gives them a general idea as to how they should approach writing related to their project. First of all, I ask the student what they are having difficulty with when it comes to writing. I also have them present me with their assigned school work so I can see what they are requiring to do.

It is always a good idea to keep the written examples short and basic for proper understanding. I ask questions based on what is making it hard for the student to write something, and try to get as much feedback from them regarding whatever written assignment they have been given to complete.

My goal is to guide the students in the right correction for their understanding, growth as writers, and being successful during their final exams.

In the Holy Quran class, we also learn to memorize the Holy Quran and recite it continuously, along with learning the rules of Tajweed so that the student can read the text as the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, used to read it.
