Kinisi Flow is a low intensity mindful movement workout that uses your own body weight to build muscle & connective tissue strength while simultaneously improving flexibility & mobility. This class will relax your body & mind through sequencing and flow-motion leaving you feeling refreshed & invigorated.

من أنا؟
Martial arts has been my life long passion! I started my journey when I was 8 years old with Taekwondo achieving black belt at age 12.
As a teenager I lost my passion for structure and routine leading to unhealthy habits and a struggle to find myself. Gaining weight and losing confidence I realised i needed to make changes to my life for the better.
I restarted Taekwondo at age 30 and worked my way back to black belt eventually moving into teaching. I fulfilled a lifelong dream and set up my own club in West Yorkshire teaching Taekwondo to all ages.
A big move to Manchester and one lockdown later i reignited my passion for fitness and discovered a whole new world of self training and self improvement methods that not only helped me build a stronger body,but also a stronger mind!
I combine my passions and use my knowledge to teach other people there are ways to workout that don't involve boring hours in the gym!

My education only goes as far as GCSE as I decided college was not the environment for me. I went into work at 17 doing creative manual jobs and I now work for myself running my own fitness and martial arts business
