Yoga is an amazing tool I discovered more than10 years ago. With the help of yoga you will be able to release tensions and emotions that you have been carrying around with you for years. Subsequently, you will make space for new things to unfold in your body and Life! Don’t watch the process happen on other people but start today.

I will guide you with body, mind and spirit into this practice with a lot of asanas. Some women will discover they can leave the medical pill box aside for relieving period cramps for example. Many claim to have found a solution for their anxiety, insomnia or depression.

A mindful practice comes from your own input. As a 200 Hour yoga Teacher and 50 hour FlyHighYoga teacher I will be your guide and coach to embark on your journey with a variety of purposes - be it weight loss, toning, relieving stress, controlling emotions, going through a difficult phase in life, curing pain and symptoms, staying in shape, improving flexibility or practicing to become a professional.We will do different asanas in conjunction with the phases of the moon. Additionally, I work with breathing - the power of breathing is an add-on to your yoga practice. With the control of your breath you can actually turn off the mind when it’s spinning - this will give you clarity. Nonetheless, it’s a very powerful way to cleanse your airways and lungs. The lungs fight pathogens on a daily basis - but have you ever wondered when you actually cleanse them ?

I am an experienced and certified teacher with over 150 hours in teaching in studios and University facilities. I can teach one on one classes but also groups up to 50 people. My practice is dedicated and adapted to my students. I focus on getting the best out of everyone, mostly having fun and feeling great during and after class.

I have recently graduated with a Barre foundations diploma, provided by the MethodBarre. Barre a very popular sports enables you to build strength and elongate your muscles. As an ancient dancer (Jazz and Ballet) at the Conservatoire de la Musique du Luxembourg, I have strong ballet foundations. However, my barre practice merges fitness and ballet. Yogi’s and anyone can benefit from Barre classes.

You can book me for retreats, private (luxury) trips on demand as your coach/ instructor.

Finally, I have a nutrition diploma by the Univeristy of Groningen, where I am also currently being trained to become an MD. My nutrition diploma is an advantage to you as a coach- I can guide you in injury recovery, detox and assist you with certain medical conditions such as IBS or other gut diseases in the autoimmune spectrum.

**About Me:**

With a deep passion for both education and wellness, I've cultivated a unique blend of expertise that I bring to each of my classes. My journey began in the classroom as a dedicated substitute teacher in primary education, where I honed my ability to connect with and inspire young minds.

In 2016, I began my medical studies, gaining a profound understanding of the human body—a knowledge I integrate into my teaching to help prevent injuries and enhance your practice. My path then led me to Rishikesh, India, the heart of yoga, where I completed my 200-Hour Multi-Style Hatha Yoga certification at the renowned Bhakti Yoga Shala. This transformative experience deepened my practice and understanding of Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda.

My true passion, however, lies in defying gravity with FlyHigh Yoga. As a certified 50-Hour FlyHigh Yoga teacher, I specialize in helping students find freedom and relief from spinal tension through aerial yoga. The feeling of hanging upside down, weightless and relaxed, is something I’m excited to share with you.

To further enhance my teaching, I’m currently completing my Barre Method Teacher Training, blending strength, grace, and mindfulness into every class.

With over 300 hours of teaching experience across five yoga studios and numerous private sessions, I offer a well-rounded, informed approach to yoga.
