I am using different methods depending on the level and age of the person. Before the first lesson, I'll test their level and goal and then I propose a studying plan. I send them exercises by email after each lesson and correct them (for free) during my free time for them to improve faster.
The lessons are taken in my beautiful sailing boat but I can also come to my student's place with an extra cost for the transport. I also can give webcam lessons. When the weather allows it, I sometimes propose to my students to give them the lesson with bonus sailing! (in this case only for conversation lessons).
