Do you want to improve your dancing or fitness in an inclusive, fun environment whilst excelling your expectations or goals with a kind, enthusiastic and nurturing tutor? Then look no further! I can provide you with dance and/ or fitness lessons as a specialist inclusive tutor who teaches individuals with disabilities (both mental and physical), people with health conditions, neurodiverse people and non- disabled people.

- To learn dance as a beginner ( I teach a broad variety of dance styles, specialising in inclusive contemporary, inclusive ballet, tap/ or percussive movement, social dance styles and dance fitness)
- OR if you would like improve your dance technique or performance skills as a more experienced dancer
- OR if you would like to improve your fitness levels with a qualified Personal Trainer ( I offer Personal Training Sessions for beginners - athletes, specialising in bodyweight training , strength training, Pilates, stretching and conditioning for dancers)
Classes can be shorter or longer on request, in line with my inclusive ethos- rates can occasionally be altered for certain individuals who would require this to access my classes ( such as those who are unemployed, students, new graduates, freelance workers and those of retirement age) - please enquire for further information.

Hi there I’m Anna,
An Inclusive Dance Teacher and Personal Trainer/ performer, who advocates dance and fitness and any body and everybody. I have passionately taught dance and fitness for disabled, neurodivergent and non- disabled people all across the UK and in Europe, from beginners - professionals for the past 10 years.
To ensure that I can give you the best learning experience ,that is both an inclusive, enjoyable and rigorous experience; I have trained with/ taught for leading Dance/ Fitness organisations internationally. These include leading inclusive dance company - Stopgap Dance Company, The Royal Academy of Dance, the YMCA, the ISTD dance institution, primary/ secondary school education, care homes and at The Royal Opera House, London. I am a fully qualified IRIS inclusive dance teacher, ISTD contemporary dance teacher, YMCA qualified Personal Trainer who trained as a dancer at institutions such as The Royal Academy of Dance, Middlesex University and the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance.
I am a kind, nurturing teacher who will plan your classes around your intended goals and needs , taking into account any access needs you may wish to disclose and/ or preferred methods of learning.
