Yoga is a powerful tool to connect body and mind, resulting into a final peace of mind, stress realise, re-connection and yes, also a nice work-out!
With energetic movements through a series of asana (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion and meditative postures, the final result will make you feel awesome!
I am a yoga teacher, that has been practised for over 3 years in both India and Australia.

One-to-one italian classes are for aspiring future speakers! The focus is to learn the language from different angles: pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluidity. Depending on your level and interest, I will create classes just based on your profile.
I will also give you heaps of tips, practise exercises as well as assessments to show you how good you are becoming.
