Subjects covered in the lessons include drum rudiments, independence, syncopation, time keeping, reading and many different styles from rock to jazz, latin, fusion, funk etc.
Through the use rudiments and independent exercises around the drum kit, students gain a thorough knowledge of rhythm and phrasing.

I studied at the renowned Berklee College of music in Boston, USA with both the faculty tutors and externally with Gary Chaffee.
I have many years experience teaching drums privately, in schools, colleges and workshops.
