I am providing English lessons for all who wish to:

-Improve spoken or written English
-Improve grammar skills

I am a native English speaker and have attained an AA* in English language and English literature GCSE. I have also taken the SAT (old version) and recieved a 720 in the reading section and a 770 in the writing. For students with a low level of English, I have achieved an A* grade in French GCSE and am currently finishing my French A Level with an A* predicted, so lessons do not have to be taught exclusively in English.

I will be available from the beginning of July to the end of September.

I have just finished high school and I am looking to help out with English tutoring this summer before I go off to university in the UK. I have learnt French throughout high school and will be studying it at university, and I believe that my experience with the French language combined with being a native English speaker will be useful when teaching English.

My goal is to help young students that want to improve their English level, both spoken and written. I will teach them how to use the proper words in the right sentences and have a correct accent wich is becoming more and more important to teachers these days.

My experience:
I lived and went to school three years in the US where I became fluent in English. I then studied at St Jan Berchmanscollege and I am currently a student at KAE so I know very well what teachers are expecting from their students.

I am Yas and I work on my own. I love teaching and I will spend all my time following how my students are doing; That is why they find it nice to come back to me.

I will be helping you learn this international language. You will use it everywhere.

I have several years of experience with teaching English: for six months I was an English teacher in Thailand, and for the past two years I have been tutoring English for high school students in Brussels. Hi there! I'm Lynn, a languages and all culture-related enthusiast with a particularly keen interest in singing, storytelling and transdisciplinary art. Which in turn led me to be a freshly graduated Master-student in Performing Arts, with a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and Letters where I primarily studied English as well as Russian linguistics and literature, along with a Dutch minor.

These university years gave me the opportunity amongst others to learn more in-depth about the subjects I was most passionate about during my Art Humanities, i.e. performance studies, philosophy, art - and cultural history, as well as literary/critical analysis of various different artforms.

Brought up bilingual (French-Dutch) from earliest infancy, I very early came to realise the many possibilities and encounters this opened up, which encouraged me to continue down this path of language learning and intercultural communication. At first, I was incredibly fortunate to benefit from the work of a truly invested and passionate English teacher during the scope of my humanities and to acknowledge all of the difference that it makes when learning a foreign language. Subsequently, prior to my studies I got the chance to travel to Ireland for a year during which I mainly worked as an au pair. This not only took my English to the next level, but also sharpened my childcare skills and pedagogical abilities.

Now that I've completed my studies and am opening up a new chapter of my working-life, I'm very excited to put all of this baggage to work along with you!
