Fluent & Confident: Personalized English Tutoring for Learners of All Levels

I specialise in teaching ESL (English as a Second Language), EAL (English as an Additional Language), and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) to learners of all backgrounds. With extensive experience in the UK education system, including working with diverse international learners, I provide structured, engaging, and personalised lessons that help students improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. My approach focuses on real-life communication, cultural understanding, and practical language use, ensuring learners gain the confidence to succeed in everyday life, work, and academic settings.
The first session is designed as an interactive introduction, assessing the learner’s level and goal. We will focus on basic conversation skills, common phrases, and pronunciation to build confidence in speaking. I hold a PGCE in Primary Education from Durham University, where I developed strong pedagogical skills and hands-on teaching experience through classroom placements. Prior to this, I earned an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from The University of Liverpool, equipping me with advanced methodologies for language instruction. My academic journey has shaped me into an adaptable and well-rounded educator, committed to fostering engaging and effective learning environments.
