Bollywood dance is a dynamic dance form that combines modern, classical, Indian and Western dance forms, to challenge the dancer and entertain the audience.
My aim is to help you learn dance, and introduce you to various dancing styles, bringing their gracefulness and energy to create an exciting, unforgettable experience.
The focus is to learn the choreography of each song step by step.
Dancing is a healthy habit for physical and Mental happiness. I personally believe that dancing is therapeutic; it has range of health benefits clinically effective at improving body image, self-esteem, focus, attention, communication skills and self-awareness. It has been shown to reduce stress, fears and anxieties, as well as lessen feelings of isolation, body tension, chronic pain and depression.
