Hi! I’m from Berlin, but living in Valencia. but I’ve had the privilege of traveling and living in different places around the world. Along the way, I’ve learned so much about people, cultures, and myself. I’m a certified Hatha, Kundalini, and Vinyasa yoga teacher, as well as a health and wellness coach, but honestly, I feel like I’ll always be a student of life. I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned, but I also believe every student I meet teaches me something too. I’d love to connect, learn, and grow together with you!

I have experience in both one-on-one sessions and group classes. I’ve had the opportunity to teach yoga studios in Germany, Columbia, Spain and online, and I’ve also facilitated yoga retreats. My diverse teaching experience has allowed me to connect with students of all levels and create a supportive, personalized practice for each individual.
