I offer personalized online personal training focused on strength, mobility, posture, and long-term physical well-being.
My approach combines functional training, core work, hypopressives, mobility, stretching, and yoga-based movement to help clients build strength safely and sustainably. Sessions are adapted to each person’s goals, experience level, and physical condition.
I work with beginners, active adults, professionals with sedentary lifestyles, and clients returning to exercise after injury or life transitions. Training sessions are structured, motivating, and designed to fit real schedules.
With international online coaching experience, I focus on habit consistency, body awareness, and sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.
