I design the lessons with the parents and the student, I make programs according to the desired needs. In my opinion, the development of the student's communication skills is more important than learning grammar, and my priority is communication. I use appropriate materials according to age and interest, and I attract the attention of the student and make him/her enjoy the lesson.
