I have been teaching in a wide variety of schools for the passed 13 years ranging from high performing private schools to mainstream to international to special educational needs and pupil referral units. I have worked as a Lead Practitioner in Mathematics, HoD, DHoD and SEN Teacher throughout my 13 year career and have coached and mentored many teachers, helping them to develop their learning and teaching. I have a passion for teaching pupils that have SEN, low ability or have gaps in their knowledge. Anyone can teach the top sets or G&T students, easy teaching as you would generally need to explain anything once, but it takes a exceedingly prolific teacher to be able to break down the topic and teach it in several ways. 100% of observations have been outstanding, including many from Ofsted.
