90 Min - Starter + Curry + Rice / Bread
120 Min - Tour to a supermarket + Curry + Rice / Bread
Indian Food can be made with a lot of fat or also it can be made the healthy way. It's up to how you would like to make the food.
And if you are new to cooking do not worry it's not difficult at all. My grandmother has these ancient recipes that I make now and it's easy to learn.
