I am a Mathematics teacher with ~ 5 years of experience working in Kendriya Vidyalaya and Navodaya Vidyalaya, India. During these years, in addition to normal classroom teaching, I have guided, motivated, and supported students to participate in regional and national level exhibitions and competitions in Science and Mathematics (such as NTSE, KVPY, Olympiads, etc.). I do not believe in the ‘one size fits all’ teaching approach. I plan and execute lessons and activities according to individual student needs, learning pace, and styles. I am a passionate teacher who loves working with children and contribute to their development. I never miss an opportunity to emphasize and appreciate the importance of mathematics in life. Making learning maths joyful and fun is what I aim for during lessons. Recently, in September 2020, I have given the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). My net score is 1310/1600, Maths (780/800), and English (530/800). If any student is interested in giving the SAT exam, I am happy to provide tips and training. During these pressing times, I wish to contribute to society by supporting students’ mathematics education through virtual classrooms, activities, and discussions.
