Hello! I have been teaching English for five years, to adults and children alike. I offer classes that are uniquely adapted to the students needs and their interests. My aim is to build my student's confidence, by following their line of inquiry — engaging in a rich, and increasingly challenging dialogue with the individual. My classes are for children and teenagers, who want to: . Develop and widen their vocabulary; . Need help preparing for an exam, a paper or an important interview; . Gain confidence in spoken English; . Attain a fluent level of spoken and written English We will begin by identifying the student's greatest interests — those subjects they are most curious about and topics that stimulate them. These topics will be "stimulators", fueling conversations and language activities that the student themselves will eventually lead. Then, we will identify the student's biggest worries regarding the English language — where they are confused, or tend to make mistakes. This will form the workshop part of the lesson, focused on overcoming tricky grammatical mistakes and revising more complex linguistic and phonetic errors. I also offer the possibility of following a Cambridge exam orientated syllabus, such as Family and Friends, Cambridge Starters, Movers, Flyers, or B1, B2. After 8 years of teaching I have found this tailored approach to be, by far, the most effective. I look forward to collaborating with you soon!
